Academic Appointments has recently been supporting a local Primary School, volunteering in their Literacy Mentoring Scheme, and we are proud to announce that the results have been exceptional!
Out of the 21 children taking part in the lunch time reading scheme, 15 of the children are making progress that was faster than expected, and almost all of them are now on track to reach age-related expectations, including one child who made 10 points progress!
We are proud to be involved in the continued success of White Laith Primary School's lunch time reading program, and we look forward to re-joining the team in 2012!
(PS - the Christmas play was brilliant too!)
