Martin is a highly experienced school manager with over 30 years experience in secondary schools, with responsibility for all aspects of staff development, including supply teachers, Initial Teacher Training, the Graduate Teacher Programme, NQT's and Performance Management. Currently an NVQ and HLTA trainer and assessor he enjoys nothing more than supporting candidates in achieving their personal goals.
