Academic Appointments

Academic Appointments are currently looking for Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work at schools across West and North Yorkshire.

Your role will see you supporting pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour or who have a variety of complex special educational needs. Your goal will be to ensure that all pupils can access the curriculum effectively and to remove any barriers to learning. The posts will potentially require multi-agency contact, including with the Local Authority, Social Services and parents.

We have a number of schools currently looking for candidates with relevant experience and training, and could potentially offer short or long term assignments. All applicants must hold HLTA status.
