Academic Appointments are currently working in partnership with a special school in Leeds, to recruit for a temporary School Administrator.

The chosen person will be confident and robust on a busy reception and office environment, as well as an excellent communicator. You will be signing visitors in and out, as well as taking messages for staff and dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries.
This provision is for KS1 to KS5 learners, many of their learners have a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
To be considered for the position, you will have had previous experience of an administrator/receptionist in a school. Furthermore, you will have the organisation skills to prioritise work and work to strict deadlines. It is essential that you are an adaptable professional who has a supportive and approachable attitude.
