Administrator / Receptionist
Academic Appointments are currently working alongside a secondary school in Leeds to appoint a Front Office Receptionist / Administrator
This is an interesting and fast paced role, being the first point of contact for all visitors to the School, this role is client facing and the ideal candidate will have existing knowledge on how to improve the customer experience to ensure all visitors receive the best possible first impressions of the School.
The role is temporary and full time until December in the first instance and could be permanent for the right person.
- Experience of working in a school or the education sector
- Experience of working in a similar customer service and front desk role
- Experience of working with SIMS (school software)
- 2x references from educational establishment
- A valid DBS or be willing to obtain one
