A recognised centre for excellence in dealing with challenging behaviour requires an experienced Behaviour Support Worker who has the ability to work on corridors and support pupils when in crisis. Team Teach is essential.
The provision offers an education for KS2 and KS3 students who have been permanently excluded from their mainstream school. They provide a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum which is challenging and tailored to each pupil’s individual needs.
The staff here are passionate about reintegrating pupils back into mainstream education, as they believe every child deserves the best possible education to enable them to make good progress and achieve their full potential. Requirements
- Experienced in managing challenging behaviour
- Team Teach certified
- 2x references from educational establishments
- A valid DBS or be willing to obtain one
Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
