Academic Appointments are currently working in partnership with a specialist provision in Bradford, West Yorkshire, to appoint several Behaviour Support Worker.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school where behaviour is exemplary and pupils enjoy learning. Relationships between staff and students are extremely positive and staff enjoy working here. Pupils are respectful of their environment and there are rarely any need for intervention. 
The appointed Behaviour Support Worker will support secondary aged children, 5 days a week on an ongoing basis. Pupil behaviour is good, however all staff are trained in de-escalation methods as top prevent any situations arising, so it is essential applicants have a certified Team Teach qualification.
