We are looking for individuals that have previous experience of working with challenging behaviour to work in Primary schools across Leeds from September. We are also interested in hearing from those who have a strong care and sports background and are seeking to transition their skills into an education setting. Graduates are also encouraged and welcome to apply, as supply is a great way to build up your experience.
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be required to work with individual pupils, groups of children and the whole class. You will be required to support pupils with a range of abilities and support the class teacher.
Our schools can offer part-time, full-time, short-term and long-term roles. Requirements
- Ability to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Previous experience of working with challenging behaviour
- 2x references
- A valid DBS or willing to obtain
